Free Mini bar, great pool area We booked a deluxe/business double room, and when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a standard twin room. Even though they spoke perfect english, they did not understand what we meant by a double bed, which is shocking for a 5* hotel. Luckly my partner spoke spainish, only then they took us a bit more seriously, when we questioned the twin room they allocated us. |

Very enjoyable stay. Confortable rooms, easy parking and lots of it. Great pool on the roof. They distribute internet cards which is fine if you have your own laptop, but if not you're in a tight spot cause there are no computers in the hotel. For a hotel like that, I think that's strange. |

The hotel was very noisey. Staff limited in knowledge of TV, computer and tech info. Limited English. Environment very modern and 'cold'. Lights go on automatically at night if you get up. |

Greath bathroom. We had a great view. Great location to discover the city! Not far at all from Plaza de las Tendillas and the Mezquita, two important places! Free minibar! The cleaning service was bad. The bathroom's wall of glass wasn't always clean.LOTS Of dust in the room and the floor wasn't cleaned once during a whole week!! The hotelroom floor was dirty! After paying by checkout, we even didn't get a 'bye', 'thanks for staying' or anything from the receptionist. |

The Hotel opened three days before we landed so everything was brand new. Hotel staff was a strange mixture a young and veterans, but in general, all tried their best to keep clients happy. Location of hotel is second to none, particulalry for those wishing to visit the old town (Barrio de la Juderia, the Cathedral). If you are big you better ask for a double beded as Queen bed is relatively small Several issues related with the few days they had been active: internet not yet available, check in took more time than you would expect...Nothing that cannot be fixed in few days. |
